   Located beside the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, St. Augustine offers a moderate climate and beaches that can be enjoyed year round.  I think the last snowfall here was in 1980 when it flurried so lightly that you could barely see it.   If you like waterfront or waterview you have plenty of choices: the ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, rivers, lakes, lagoons and the list goes on!
